Which Witch?

Arriman the Awful, evil Wizard of the North, devises a spell-casting competition so he can marry the winner who can produce a son to take over from him. Belladonna longs to be a fiendish hag and win the competition, but how? She's not even hideous, and flowers spring from her pillow as she sleeps.
