The Golden Nineties

In 25th-century China, Zhu Wong plays a vital role. As a comrade in the Daughters of Compassion, she is part of a paramilitary cadre dedicated to enforcing the Gerenation-Skipping Law. When she is arrested for attempted murder, she is conscripted to travel into the past to find the ancestor whose life will have a direct impact on the future of Zhu and her society.
